153437 - Coal Chemical Pipeline Risk Classification Management Method and Case Application
Abstract:
In the 1970s, the United States carried out theoretical research in the field of pipeline risk, and other European and American countries also began to study pipeline safety technology in the 1980s. Each country develops its own pipeline risk management standards according to the actual situation and pipeline failure database. In 1994, China's Southwest Petroleum University carried out the pipeline risk assessment for the first time on Luning pipeline, and gradually introduced foreign pipeline risk assessment technology and RBI technology. In 2002 and 2010, China developed the first self-developed pipeline risk assessment software and RBI software. The promulgation of the RBI guiding standard GB/T 26610 in 2014 promoted the refinement of risk classification, but the corresponding guiding standard for coal chemical pipeline is still a big blank. In view of the lack of risk classification method for coal chemical pipeline, this paper comprehensively considers the process flow and damage mechanism identification of coal chemical pipeline, combined with API581, GB/T 26610 and other standards. Firstly, paper introduces the common equipment of coal chemical industry and the damage mode of pipeline. Secondly, paper established the corresponding risk hierarchical management method. Finally, paper applied the risk classification management method according to the actual situation of methanol center plant.
