Abstract:
The composite tube bundle container is a mobile pressure vessel assembled by a number of large-volume steel inner tube fiber winding cylinders. Compared with the steel tube bundle container assembled by large-volume steel cylinders, it has the advantages of light weight and large filling capacity, and is mainly used for storage and transportation of natural gas, hydrogen and other media. In recent years, with the development of the energy industry, the number of Ⅱ-type tube bundle containers has grown rapidly, and the market prospect is broad. Because the main body of the Ⅱ-type tube bundle container is a large volume type Ⅱ gas cylinder, and this kind of gas cylinder is made of composite materials including metal materials and non-metallic materials, it has its special damage mechanism and failure mode, and the safety requirements, it has its special damage mechanism and failure mode, and the safety requirements of the design, manufacturing, inspection, use and other links are quite different from that of the type Ⅰ tube bundle container. How to realize the intrinsic safety and life cycle safety management of composite mobile pressure vessels is an urgent problem in the special equipment industry. This paper analyzes the comprehensive situation of tube bundle container and its supporting cylinders. First of all, the current development trend is discussed, including technological innovation, market application expansion and future trend prediction. Then, elaborate on the design and manufacturing of sophisticated processes, such as material selection, structural optimization and sealing technology, to ensure that safety and efficiency. Further, combined with the actual case,the causes of gas cylinder damage and preventive measures, as well as the emergency treatment and prevention strategies of fire accidents are analyzed. At the same time, it reveals the rigor of the inspection process, from regular detection to emergency response, to ensure safety in all aspects. In addition, focusing on the intelligent monitoring technology of the tube bundle container,the application prospect in preventing accidents and improving efficiency is discussed. In view of the main problems, such as transportation safety and environmental adaptability, targeted policy suggestions and sustainable development of the industy.

His research interests include: testing and evaluation of pressure-bearing special equipment, integrity management of large atmospheric storage tanks, non-destructive testing technologies and instruments such as acoustic emission, ultrasonic guided wave and low-frequency electromagnetic, damage and fault prediction technology of special equipment based on big data, etc. He has undertaken or participated in 12 national scientific research projects or tasks, and his research achievements have won 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress award, 9 first prizes and 11 second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards (including industry association awards). Compiled 18 national or industry standards (including 6 national standards). In recent years, he has published more than 50 academic papers at home and abroad, co-authored 1 monograph, translated 1 book and edited 4 books.
