106535 - Overview of Hydrogen Storage Equipment and Its Inspection and Detection Technology in Hydrogen Fuelling Stations in China 

As the most potential secondary energy, hydrogen energy is an important part of clean energy and has entered a rapid development stage in recent years. Hydrogen storage equipment is a necessary equipment for hydrogen storage in hydrogen refueling stations or fixed hydrogen stations involved in hydrogen energy utilization. It is closely related to the development of hydrogen energy industry and has also received extensive attention from research institutions and scholars in the industry.

Based on the analysis and summary of relevant documents and standards, this paper expounds the development status, laws, regulations and standards of hydrogen energy as hydrogen storage equipment in hydrogen refueling stations used in emerging hydrogen energy industries such as transportation, analyzes the main problems at present, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. Based on the inspection and detection engineering practice of gas storage equipment in gas refueling stations over the years, the status quo of inspection and detection technology and laws, regulations and standards of gas storage equipment in hydrogen refueling stations are summarized. In view of the relatively large number of cylinder type vessels and staggered steel strip multilayer vessels used hydrogen refueling stations in China, hydrogen storage wells have received extensive attention from the design units, installation units, user units and relevant research institutions of hydrogen fuelling stations in recent years. The progress of inspection and detection technologies for cylinder type vessels, staggered steel strip vessels and hydrogen storage wells are summarized and analyzed , and relevant suggestions from the aspects of inspection and detection, intelligent monitoring, regulations and standards are put forward.
